New Fall / Winter Items are on their way!

It's not even summer yet, but I can't help thinking about Fall and Winter! I love the Autumn season and all of the new, colorful items that will be added to our growing catalog of home decor.

We are adding a new line of candle wreaths and these are by far the most colorful and high quality wreaths I have seen! They can be used as candle rings or hanging wreaths.



New candle holders are gradually being added to our candle holder catalog and many are offered on our Wedding and Party Idea catalog in volume quantities at a discount.

New Aromatherapy Candle Line

We are diligently working on fine-tuning our new aromatherapy soy candle line - Scents of Optimism. This line will join our existing Natural Blends Aromatherapy product line. It is really exciting! These scents are created from various essential oils that are upbeat, fresh and invigorating - just what we need in these stressful times.

Facebook Us!

I started a Facebook page and I hope I can get all of my regular customers to sign up as a fans. I'll be posting unpublished sales and product additions that aren't usually included in my quarterly newsletter. Also, I've been doing some ad-hoc sales - like my recent 24 hour countdown offering 25% off - and now you can know about them without having to search through the site. For example, all of our tart burners are on sale through March 20th! Just another way to communicate without clogging up your email system.

Sad Day Today

Kitty and Rusty, 2005

Today we had to put our Kitty down - she had been suffering from hyper-thyroid disease for the last several years and now recently, her kidneys stopped functioning either partly or altogether. She didn't feel very well this past week and I just thought it was best to let her go. We had her for 11 years - she was about 14 or 15 years old. We're not really sure. She found us one night during a snowstorm. We let her in, gave her food and she stayed with us ever since. The first 5 or 6 years, she was very skittish and stayed under the beds or outside but eventually she learned to trust us and at the end, she slept with us every night and came to us when we asked. She was "friends" with Sophie and Rusty (Rusty passed December 2007) and was an important part of our family. We will miss her. Love you Kitty!

Phew! That was a rush!!!

My countdown to purchase Premium Soy Tea Lights sale was a HUGE success! Thank you to all of you who responded. Today we will be working hard to get all of your orders out.

We are again searching for vendors to supply our raw materials so we can reduce costs. Any polycarbonate cup manufacturers, wick manufacturers or box manufacturers, please submit your contact information to us via the contact form found on our website. We'll be glad to provide you with information to supply us with a quote. All material you manufacture MUST be eco-friendly and of the highest quality.

Our new packaging box is getting closer to completion. This box is made of recycled cardboard and will hold 100 tea lights. It will replace our current shrink-wrap, bubble-wrap method and make it easier for our commercial customers to easily access and store larger quantities of tea lights. We'll be sending out an introductory postcard to all of our commercial customers along with an updated price list.
